Lemon Ginger Dressing: 3/4 cup coconut or olive oil

Lemon Ginger Dressing: 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Lemon Ginger Dressing: 1/3 cup liquid aminos

Lemon Ginger Dressing: 1/4 cup water

Lemon Ginger Dressing: 2 cloves garlic, minced

Lemon Ginger Dressing: 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger

lemon Ginger Dressing: 1 tsp dijon mustard

Salad: 1 head shredded cabbage

Salad: 1/2 cup grapes

Salad: 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Salad: 1/2 container of sprouts

Garnish with toasted almonds and flax seeds


Mix dressing ingredients in a high speed blender, whisk by hand, or in a food processor.

Health Coach Tip: Dijon mustard in salad dressings makes the oil and vinegar mix together. The longer this dressing sits, the better it is! It’s also excellent as a chicken marinade.
