During the program, it is common for weight loss to stall at some point. Food PICs help your coach provide recommendations as to how to help you quickly return to losing weight or even better how to avoid a plateau all together by mixing up the combination of foods you are eating. Without daily tracking, it becomes a guessing game.Food pictures are also used to help identify physical symptoms of food sensitivities like nausea, and low energy, or emotional symptoms like anxiety, and restlessness.  Keeping up with weight and food PICS helps your coach make modifications as necessary throughout the program.
