One of the key objectives of the program is to target Visceral fat which is stored within the abdominal cavity and around a number of important internal organs such as the liver, pancreas and intestines. Calming the body by eating level 1 foods  which are low inflammatory, low acidic and have little to no food intolerances lead to improved sleep, less stress and anxiety, and improved digestive health all of which help release visceral fat and is also a preventative measure along with exercise to help keep it in check.
