Betr Level 1 Tried and True Side Salad
1 cup Mixed greens
1/2  cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Diced Red Onion
2 tsp. Bragg’s Vinegarette 

This is the good ol' side salad combo. There are a few elements to add maximum enjoyment to your salads! There are 3 things that make foods addictive. And wouldn't it be useful to actually be craving salads? Yes of course! It's combining the tastes of fat, sweetness, and saltiness. So in our tried and true side salad, we have sweet cherry tomatoes and the healthy fat and saltiness in the Bragg's vinegarette. 

Another trick to learning to be CRAVING salads is to have FUN with it!!! The more you associate pleasure with eating healthy foods the more your brain will start to create a pathway that says, "eat that!" This is how it becomes a lifestyle instead of a diet. Make it colorful! Get creative and add your own toppings, we think it is great to add lots of texture to salads like hemp seeds and chia seeds! Let us know what your favorites are in the community.

 Edamame Mixed Green Salad 

1/2 cup of edamame
1 cup Spinach
1/2  cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Bell Peppers
1/4 Diced Red Onion
2 tsp. Bragg’s Ginger Sesame Vinegarette 

Quinoa Mixed Green Side Salad
1/2 cup of Quinoa
1 cup Baby Kale
1/2  cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Radish Sprouts  
1/4 Diced Red Onion
2 tsp.  Bragg’s Vinaigrette 

These two are actually stand alone salads! They are great with soups on level one. I love to prep a bunch at once- it's SUPER easy to slam a few these together.
