Ingredients

A handful of ice

1 cup of water

1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen

1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

1-2 stalks of kale (or more!)

3 tbsp. Chia, Flax or Hemp Seeds (optional)

5-7 drops of Liquid Stevia

Directions

  • Serve blended as a frozen snack!

Make 3 of these together at once in mason jars to chill out in your fridge.  Pop them the freezer.  Then, in the morning, add in water, or orange juice, or green juice.
