Betr Level 1 Tried and True Side Salad
This is the good ol' side salad combo. There are a few elements to add maximum enjoyment to your salads! First off, there are 3 things that make foods addictive. And wouldn't it be useful to actually be craving salads? Yes of course! It's combining the tastes of fat, sweetness, and saltiness. So in our tried and true side salad, we have sweet cherry tomatoes and the healthy fat and saltiness in the Bragg's vinaigrette. To prepare this salad, simply mix together 1 cup of mixed greens, 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of diced red onion, and 2 tsp. of Bragg’s vinaigrette. Enjoy!

Edamame Mixed Green Salad
For a protein-packed savory salad, try this simple edamame salad. Prepare your salad by combining 1/2 cup of edamame, 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup of bell peppers, 1/4 cup of diced red onion, and 2 tsp. of Bragg’s Ginger Sesame vinaigrette. Top with your favorite nuts or seeds for added texture and flavor!

Quinoa Mixed Green Side Salad
