1. Level 1 French Onion Zucchini Chips
Ingredients:
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 tsp. Avocado Oil
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thinly slice zucchini.
Massage in seasonings.
Spread Zucchini in a single layer on parchment paper.
Bake 10-15 minutes until crisp and delectable.
2. Level 1 Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips
Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Curly Kale
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Pink Salt
2 tsp. Avocado Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the kale from its stalk.
Tear kale into chip-size niblets.
Massage in Vinegar, Salt, & Avocado Oil.
Spread kale in a single layer on parchment paper.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until crisp and delectable.
3. Level 2 Cheesy Garlic Kale Chips
Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Curly Kale
2 Tbsp. B12 Flakes
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Pink Salt
2 tsp. Avocado Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the kale from its stalk.
Tear kale into chip-size niblets.
Massage in B12 Flakes, Garlic, Salt, and Oil.
Spread kale in a single layer on parchment paper.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until crisp and delectable.
4. Level 2 Sweet Potato Chips (occasional use/activity fuel)
Ingredients:
2 organic Sweet Potatoes (~150 g each)
2 Tbsp Avocado oil
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
Optional treat: 2 Tbsps BBQ sauce (low sugar option is best)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Slice sweet potatoes very thin.
massage in Avocado oil, salt, and BBQ sauce.
Bake low n’ slow for 2 hours. Make them perfectly crisp. (while it's cooking, take a walk, or just unwind from the day.)
