6 Simple Steps

Follow these 6 simple steps for a successful week!

1 - Do Not Suffer In Silence 

You have a full team supporting you! If you're experiencing any challenges let your coach know so they can help make modifications to better support your unique lifestyle. To speak with a coach to get real-time support, look for the circle at the bottom right-hand corner and message into our "Ask Us" feature! 

2 - Stay on Schedule

Set reminders on your phone to help you stay on track with eating every 2-3 hours with your supplements! Eating at set intervals helps keep your energy level consistent and your blood sugar balanced.

3 - Track Your Water Intake

The goal is to drink approximately 50-70 ounces of water a day unless otherwise recommended by your doctor. If you are not at that 50-70 ounce goal, we suggest building up slowly to prevent flushing out your electrolytes. A great way to do this is by adding an extra half cup of water each day until you are at your goal.

4 - Check In Daily 

Post your weight and food pictures every day. This is the key to your success. Gathering this data is the best way for your coach to provide accurate feedback should you hit a plateau, feel hungry or recognize food sensitivity.  

5 - Take Your Supplements 

The supplements are designed to support your body as it begins to heal from the inside out. They will especially help with common detox symptoms you may experience during your first week.

6 - 70% Raw Veggies 

Our recommendation is to eat a minimum of 1-2 cups of vegetables with each meal, and 70% should be consumed raw. Have at least 1 large mixed green salad daily, add other raw veggies to it for variety. When having cooked veggies add a small side salad. Raw vegetables are a nutritional powerhouse and the naturally occurring enzymes help the body break down cooked foods!
