There's no need to count calories or be excessively restrictive about your portions. Our program is based upon eating a variety of food combinations from the level 1 food list. As long as you are eating foods from this list you will be doing great! Many times we find that clients are not consuming enough food throughout the day so here are some general guidelines to follow.

  • Proteins should be NO LESS than 4-8 ounces.

  • Have 1-2 cups of veggies with your meals. We recommend that 70% of your veggies should be raw because they are nutritional powerhouses and the naturally occurring enzymes in raw veggies actually help breakdown your cooked foods!

  • Fruit should be a medium size piece of fruit or cup of berries. 

Factors such as exercise, physically demanding work or extended work hours may require additional food. Adding in activity fuel to your meals and snacks will help ensure you are refueling your body and keeping your energy up. If you feel hungry throughout the day feel free to add in extra fruit or veggies. Posting food pics daily will help us ensure you are eating enough!
