Recommended Prep: stovetop or grill

Stovetop or grill:
Lightly oil pan or grill with grapeseed oil, preheat to Medium
Place burgers on pan or grill, cook for 3 minutes or to your desired temperature*

We don’t recommend putting these quality cuts in the microwave. It can make the meat tough
If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350
Transfer desired amount of steak to a casserole dish and cover in foil
cook for 10-15 minutes, frequently checking for your desired temperature*
Don’t overcook! The meat will get tough.
PAIRING PICK:
