Meals:

  • Beef and Eggplant Lasagna

    • Recommended Prep: Oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Oven:

      • Preheat the oven to 375.

      • Transfer lasagna to a casserole dish and spread out into one layer

      • Add some low-sodium, organic tomato sauce (or try Betr Marinara). Then

      • Cover in tinfoil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or to your desired temperature*

    • PAIRING PICK:

  • Beef Chili

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator (you don’t have to, but it will decrease cooking time!)

    • Stovetop:

      • Place desired serving size in a pot.

      • Add a little tomato sauce, water (or low sodium, organic vegetable broth), and extra cumin/chili powder (if desired)

      • Stir frequently over medium heat for 5-10 mins, or to desired temperature*

    • PAIRING PICK:

      • Great over zucchini noodles! Or, when the chili is hot, you could throw in a few handfuls of baby spinach to add some greens!

  • Grass-Fed Bison Burgers

    • Recommended Prep: stovetop or grill

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator before cooking

    • Stovetop or grill:

      • Lightly oil pan or grill with grapeseed oil, preheat to Medium

      • Place burgers on pan or grill, cook for 3 minutes or to your desired temperature*

    • PAIRING PICK:

      • Try a large romaine lettuce leaf instead of a bun, and STACK it with veggie toppings like peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Throw on some mustard, or, If you can find sugar-free, organic ketchup, we won’t stop you!

  • Marinated Flank Steak

    • Recommended Prep: Oven

    • We don’t recommend putting these quality cuts in the microwave. It can make the meat tough

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Oven:

      • Preheat oven to 350

      • Transfer desired amount of steak to a casserole dish and cover in foil

      • cook for 10-15 minutes, frequently checking for your desired temperature*

      • Don’t overcook! The meat will get tough.

    • PAIRING PICK:

      • Delicious with oven-roasted asparagus or green beans, or on top of a big salad with your favorite Betr dressing!

  • Ground Asian Style Beef

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator (you don’t have to, but it will decrease cooking time!)

    • Stovetop:

      • Place desired serving size in a pot.

      • Add a little tomato sauce, water (or low sodium, organic vegetable broth), and extra cumin/chili powder (if desired)

      • Stir frequently over medium heat for 5-10 mins, or to desired temperature*

    • PAIRING PICK:

      • Great entree when served with the Betr Eggroll in a Bowl

      • Perfect over zucchini noodles! Or, when the ground beef is hot, you could serve it over a few handfuls of baby spinach to add some greens!

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop or Oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator (you don’t have to, but it will decrease your cooking time and improve texture!)

    • Oven:

      • preheat to 350

      • Place in pan (if stovetop) or oven-safe dish.

      • Add some extra sugar-free, low sodium, organic tomato sauce (or Betr Marinara)

      • Cover with foil and cook for 10 minutes, or to your desired temperature*

    • Stovetop:

      • Place in an appropriate sized saucepan with a lid

      • Cover, cook over medium heat for 5-7 mins, or to desired temperature*, stirring occasionally

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Place over a bed of zucchini zoodles, add a side salad, and you’ve got Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs!

  • Meatballs and tomato Sauce with Zoodles

    • Recommended Prep: stovetop or oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator (you don’t have to, but it will decrease your cooking time and improve texture!)

    • Oven:

      • If reheating in the oven, preheat to 350

      • Place oven-safe dish.

      • Add some extra sugar-free, low sodium, organic tomato sauce (or Betr Marinara)

      • Cover with foil, cook for 10 minutes or to your desired temperature*

    • Stovetop:

      • Place in an appropriate sized saucepan with a lid
