Meals:

  • BBQ Pulled Pork

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop or Oven

    • Stovetop:

      • Place in pan with a small amount of broth or lightly sprayed with grapeseed oil

      • Add a splash of broth if the meat seems dry

      • Saute for 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches desired temperature*

    • Oven:

      • Preheat oven to 350

      • Place desired serving in an oven-safe dish

      • Add a splash of broth if the meat seems dry

      • Cook for 7-8 minutes, until it reaches desired temperature* Oven:

    • Perfect Pairing:

      • Wrap in a whole romaine lettuce leaf or Trader Joe’s jicama wrap for a healthy carnitas taco!

  • Hardboiled Eggs

    • Recommended Prep: Cold

    • This is one you DON’T want to freeze

    • Perfect Pairing:

      • A great activity fuel, try a dollop of organic dijon mustard for some extra zest!

      • Chop and use to top a delicious fresh salad for a complete Betr Meal!

  • White Meat Ground Turkey (LEVEL 2)

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Stovetop:

      • Place your desired portion in a pot.

      • Add a splash of broth to add moisture.

      • Stir frequently over medium heat for 5-10 mins, or to desired temperature*

    • Perfect Pairing:

      • This is the perfect protein to use in our Betr Favorite Recipe: Eggroll in a Bowl!

      • Mix with Level 2 Riced Cauliflower and some Bragg’s Liquid Aminos for healthy Betr Fried “rice.”
