Meals:

  • Wild Caught Cod

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop or oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Stovetop:

      • Place in pan with a small amount of broth or lightly sprayed with grapeseed oil

      • Saute for 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches desired temperature*

    • Oven:

      • Preheat oven to 350

      • Place your desired portion in an oven-safe dish

      • Cook for 7-8 minutes, until it reaches desired temperature*

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Over salad with LOTS of fresh cut veggies

      • Oven-roasted asparagus or green beans

  • Ginger Mahi

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop or oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Stovetop:

      • Place in pan with a small amount of broth or lightly sprayed with grapeseed oil

      • Saute for 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches desired temperature*

    • Oven:

      • Preheat oven to 350

      • Place your desired serving in an oven-safe dish

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop

    • Recommended Prep: Stovetop or oven

  • Tuna Salad (Level 2)

    • Recommended Prep: Cold

    • This is one you DON’T want to freeze(the mayo won’t defrost well)

    • If you like this style of salad hot, we’d recommend microwaving it to your desired temperature *

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Great wrapped in a whole romaine lettuce leaf or over a salad.

      • Use as a dip for fresh-cut peppers or cucumbers.

      • Need some extra crunch? You could also spread it on level 2 approved toast or crackers!
