Before reheating the chicken, let the tenders sit out of the fridge for 10-15 minutes so they are closer to room temperature.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees
Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If they are overcrowded, they will not cook evenly.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Oven:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Toast for about 10-15 minutes. The internal temperature of the tender should reach 165 degrees
