    • Recommended Prep: Oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Oven:

      • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

      • Spread serving in a single layer in an oven-safe dish

      • Add some extra sugar-free, low sodium, organic tomato sauce (or Betr Marinara)

      • Cook for 20 minutes, or to your desired temperature*

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Try over zucchini zoodles or a side salad

  • Chicken Curry

    • Recommended Prep: Oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Oven:

      • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

      • Transfer to a casserole dish and cover in foil

      • Cook at 400 for about 20 minutes or to your desired temperature*

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Try over some baby spinach tossed in Bragg’s Sesame Ginger Dressing

  • Chicken Fajitas

    • Recommended Prep: Oven

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Oven:

      • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

      • Spread out in a single layer in an oven-safe casserole dish spread out into one layer and

      • Add a little low-sodium, organic vegetable broth.

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

      • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees

      • Heat for 4-6 minutes, turning halfway through, to your desired temperature*

    • Oven:

      • preheat oven to 325 degrees

      • Place serving size in an oven-safe dish and cover the top with aluminum foil

    • Recommended Prep: Oven or Airfryer

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Airfryer:

      • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees

      • Cook for 3-4 minutes

      • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes as needed*

    • Oven:

      • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spread your wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.

      • Put the wings in the oven and reheat for 10 minutes, or until a meat thermometer stuck in the thickest wing reads 165 degrees.

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Great on their own! We recommend trying a healthy Betr Dressing!

  • Chicken Fingers

    • Recommended Prep: Oven or Airfryer

    • If frozen, defrost for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator

    • Airfryer:

      • Before reheating the chicken, let the tenders sit out of the fridge for 10-15 minutes so they are closer to room temperature.

      • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees

      • Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If they are overcrowded, they will not cook evenly.

      • Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

    • Oven:

      • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

      • Toast for about 10-15 minutes. The internal temperature of the tender should reach 165 degrees

    • Pairing Pick:

      • Over or with a simple salad!
